Strange dream ...

I dreamt that there was going to be an exhibition of photographs in a gallery and they were photographs taken by me. I remember feeling all excited, which in itself is weird.

You see, I tend to get fully immersed in my dreams. What do I mean by that? I mean that when I dream, I tend to feel the emotions of what is happening. However my sister is able to somehow figure out that she is in a dream and logically convince herself that what she is dreaming shouldn't be happening. Weird.

As for the dream about photography, I'd recently taken up photography as a hobby. After having spent much money buying the gear, I'm looking forward to getting back home to 'play with my toys'. I don't intend on making this a career, just a hobby. From what I've read, to earn decent money as a photographer is really hard. So it surprises me that I'd actually have a dream about my photographs being displayed in a gallery.

Maybe after watching 'America's Next Top Model' marathon on the weekend wreaked havoc on my fragile mind. I think I sat through 5 or 6 hours of the show. Hey, I was trying to learn how the photographers work ok! : )

[BTW: The wedding picture below was my first wedding shoot. Made plenty of mistakes & the pics came out rather 'so so'. Oh well, live & learn.]
