Eagles lost ....

Oh man!!! As most would have heard by now, the Eagles lost. WE LOST.

A friend pointed out a while ago that people like to be associated with winning & winners. If the local team is winning, then the comment would be "we're winning", however if we're losing then "they're losing".

What a bummer, all the hype and excitement made me look forward to Saturday. I thought we'd win, the Eagles dominated the regular season and looked unstoppable. What made it more excrutiating it that we lost by less than a goal. Anyway, well done to the Swans for playing well on the day [I say this with clenched teeth], lets give credit where it is due.

Well, at least we still have a long weekend to look forward too. Yipee!!
