Progress ...

As I watch the inauguration ceremony of Barack Obama on TV, a great sense of expectation is apparent. As a new president comes, so does new hope.

Even before the new president has taken office, before a new law has been made, the US has made much progress. In electing their first African American president, they've put their trust in a man who some time ago was considered inferior to their 'white' counterpart.

Good progress has been made, more progress to come.
